Adults and Teens Homeschooling Choir

In 2024 we are running 2 music exploration groups, a choir and 5 instrumental groups.
Family Music Circle - for families with kids under 8, singing, dancing, story telling, discovering instruments, playing percussion, introductions to new types of music in a fun and relaxed environment with Lidia.
Music Makers - for kids 8-12yrs, exploring music through singing, drumming, songwriting, music theory and some basic guitar/uke/keyboard/percussion playing with James.
Homeschool Choir - for teens and adults singing four-part harmonies in pop, world, musical theatre and choral works with James.
Brass Quintet - for trumpets, trombones, tubas, french horns, euphoniums etc with Liz.
Chamber Ensemble - for strings, woodwinds and recorders playing classical and folk music with Liz.
Jazz Band - for more advanced players swinging out on jazz classics and learning to improvise with Kara.
Guitar Group - a rock/pop band for guitars with a bass, drummer and singers with Mike.
Homeschool Community Band - for all instruments combined playing concert band arrangements with Liz.
No experience is needed for Family Music Circle, Music Makers and Homeschool Choir.
6 months of experience is needed for instrumental groups.
We meet on Thursday mornings in West Pymble Scout Hall.
Singing groups $120/100, first sibling
Instrumental groups $150/120 first sibling
Extra siblings are free and discounts for adults already paying for kids and for joining both groups.
Concerts, art shows, bush dances, campfires, open mics etc at the end of each term.
